We all hear so much about the reliability issues with BMW motorcycles but a lot of reviewers seem to overlook this.. any thoughts on this?

That's exactly why I was looking for a decent review of this bike. Owners or previous owners, trash BMWs bikes for being too expensive to run and repair. The general thought is, are they any better than Japanese bikes?

@@willewinky i dont really know about the comparison with japanses bikes but i can somehow tell that , the gs is pretty reliable , my dad owned a 2016 1200gs and now a 2019 1250gs never got a problem , and rides like a dream , he still have the guarantee so maintenance in the bmw shop , but im pretty sure its not the same story with replacement parts like the good old germans

A BMW Adventure bike is something I could possibly have if I would choose a bike to own. The problem is tho that im a pretty short boy and a pretty light weight one. So somehting that big and heavy would be a problem for me hehe.

It is almost like a Gold Wing with off road tires.... Slip once on slippery clay and you need a tow truck to rescue you....
