Is the "Available To Order - 2 to 4 Week Lead Time" (claimed on the website) trustworthy? I've got a the screen on backorder elsewhere and the date keeps moving. Are you actually for real able to ship these within a few weeks on new orders?

Yes! The mounting points are no different so the screen will fit the same way the one in the video fits.

How do you deal with the immense low pressure area behind the windscreen? All the wind flowing over the top gets sucked down into your head. Adding the extra visor does nothing. Been there, done that. Big waste of $$

We have been developing wind deflectors to help with this - we only have them for other models at present but will be working on one for the GS too :)

We do have plans for a rear hugger! Relatively early stages though so it's likely a month or two away. Other alternatives to rear wheel protection may be available sooner though!

Yes it will fit in low mode... it shows it fitted like this in the vid :D

@@pyramidmoto86 the screen for the radar bike appears to be fitted in the high position in the video and in the low would cover some of the radar?

@@frankhumphrey6402 skip to 1:54 in the video and this is the screen shown in the low position. Puig have cut out the area for the radar in order not to obstruct it.

@@pyramidmoto86 I must not be understanding as looking at 1.54 seems the other holes to adjust are lower than the ones you are using. I.e in the high position. I am not talking of the electric adjustment I am referring to the choice of holes to fix it .

I understand what you mean now! The touring screen can still be fitted to the lower mounts. If you take a look at the photo we use on our product listing (linked here pyramidmoto.co.uk/products/puig-touring-screen-clear-bmw-r1300gs-with-radar-2023-current), the touring screen is fitted to the lower mounts in that image. You'll see it sits slightly lower than the mounts used in this video but not by too much to effect the use of the Radar.
