I have the speed cobra double pedal and it’s smooth and fast and very quiet , been using it for 3 years and it’s still perfect and never had to really play with the adjustments very much . I would love to experiment more with different beaters though , I did change out the flat plastic beaters for the felt version though . 👍🏼 great video thanks for making it 🙏🏻

I have used Speed Cobras many years. I have only change felt beaters to rubber ones. I never gonna change pedals

Juha, Speed Cobra is amazing, but give yourself a try of the Dyna-Sync. 🙂

@@rainsong7327 i haven't and honestly it looks like the drive shaft could be better, but i don't believe it should be easier to control than the SpeedCobra. The longboard and the board position of the SCobra is really really good and smooth.

@@shadtuleigha8840 I got a DW9002XF Extended Footboard double pedal. That pedal is not in this video but Francis testing technique help me choose this pedal. The TAMA Speed Cobra 910 felt awesome too. That was a close second, I almost got that.

Axis (in general) are hard to control at the begining, you have to adjust to their quick response like when you are learning to drive a peformance car.

The Roddy and newer versions of the A-21 have the normal Axis footboards. Which make them less awkward.

Darwin FTW is better IMHO. Czarcie Kopyto is pretty much just a Trick Pro1-V with a different spring.

Do you think pearl eliminator solo black is equal with iron cobra P900 rolling glide in terms of speed and stability ?? .... And do you think pearl eliminator solo black double pedal is good enough for playing fast double bass around 200 bpm - 230 bpm ??

I haven't tried the eliminator black double pedal, but the single pedal is really smooth. If you want a pedal that last more without noise you should go for ICobra 900 Rolling Glide. But Pearl Eliminator Black was a surprise.

Yes it does. It’s the same as the redline pedal without the ability to change between cams and dual beater instead of quad I heard.

Try the Dixon, really solid but in my opinion too strong.

@@robsco1249 because the coil is inside the chamber it's a direct connection and you need to have your muscle memory well developed. I can say it's a F1 pedal, so it's not for everyone... In my opinion it fatigate more the shin muscle. But it's an awesome pedal.
