BNSF moved it there and it lasted until maybe 2018 r 19 then moved it back up for PTC installment in the nose part. The top is where it belongs anyway..

I wonder how many BNSF cabooses made it into the NEW paint? Not many I am guessing.

Unsure. A lot of the BN logo cabooses now have the modern BNSF logo but still the same number.
