אני שומעת את השיר הזה פעם אחרי פעם בתקופה האחרונה. גדלתי על בן סנוף. אני זוכרת את עצמי שרה את השירים שלו בתור ילדה בת 4, אני זוכרת את היום שהשיר הזה יצא, אני זוכרת את תקופת שליט אבל הייתי קטנה יחסית מכדי להבין לעומק. והיום?! היום אני גדולה מספיק כדי להבין. וזה לא חטוף אחד, אלו 240+ חטופים שנמצאים כבר חודש מחוץ לביתם, אדמתם וארצם. השיר הזה, גם שנים רבות אחרי שהוא ראה אור, גורם לי לבכות את חיי. לבכות ולהתפלל שהשם ישיב בנים לגבולם ויאמר לצרותינו די.
