You know why I love your covers? You get to put your perspective into the lyrics. Take all the themes that make the anime great and roll it up in musical summary. I really saw that emerge after 2:30, especially given the first minute is more or less a rough translation. Michu maybe learning more about the harshness of not only humans but Beastmen as well as how Shiro was I guess it'd be spiciest against humans while he did agree to help Michu with her Beastmen side it took basically until the last episode for things to change with him Also Michu best friend I felt like she needed more work on her character overall she isn't that smart to say the least her wanting to confess to the Beastmen about being a false Beastmen basically and lieing about being their God/Goddess ect whatever is of course going to make the Beastmen mad and drive a further divide among both species then you also had Alan he was well not a human it'd of been better if he was a human like Michu from before she was one and Michu and Shiro could then try to take him down and save the city and stop the Beastmen from attacking one another maybe have had Michu best friend have been more uptight or really fall from wanting all that power then when she tells the Beastmen the truth is injured or killed either giving Michu a change to fight on level headed or lose it and have her try and fend off killing the Beastmen whom harmed or killed her best friend

In general the series could've used one more episode to give the finale proper impact and showing more of the aftermath, and really there's more than enough stuff to keep it going for a while. Looking at this cover from the point of view of the singer's VTuber persona, The Monarch, creates an interesting line of thought. Monarch travels the multiverse to prevent heroes from becoming villains. If you think about it, Michiru from BNA is just such a hero that could easily be swayed towards evil. So this song cover could represent an iteration of Monarch putting Michiru back on the hero path.

Nice to see that BNA got a cover too before it got released on Netflix. Watched Beastars and read Beastars like months before the official release. BNA and Beastars both have nice OPs and Endings. My favorite from Beastars is the second ending song.
