It's crazy how Kaji-kun is regarded so highly now. I remember back in the day when *he* was the newbie, how he looked up to seiyuus like Kamiya Hiroshi, how nervous he got during live stages. Now, he's been awarded soty and has been in worldwide popular anime. He's a reputable seiyuu now. It's heart warming. Actually, while reading the manga, I got a Kaji-kun vibe from Midoriya. He's a mixture of the characters Kaji has voiced in the past. When they announced that Kaji was part of the lineup, I immediately thought it would be as Midoriya Izuku. But he's been entrusted with more mature roles now. I'm proud to see his progress. I'm not very familiar with Yamashita but he mimics a lot of Kaji's mannerisms in his acting. It's like hearing a young Kaji-kun. It's adorable. I'll be looking forward to both their work in the future.
