Wow. You did a great job on Aizawa's explanation on Quirkless people. He is right. Quirkless people can still become heroes even if they are at a disadvantage. They just need to work harder. Izuku is smart but he doesn't seem to have taken any combat training for it. Therefore he wasn't ready to be a hero yet. He would be killed without learning how to throw a punch. What All Might said is blunt. Even if he was on a time limit. He should have been mindful of leaving a hero-hopeful child on the roof after crushing his dreams.

The main problem I had with it is not really talked about, but he was told to jump off a roof, then got attacked by a villain, got his dreams crushed, then was left alone on a roof. I just think the fact that he wad literally told only hours before to jump off a roof, in hope to gave a quirk, told he can’t be a hero without one, then left him on a roof alone is what bothers me a lot

Could you do a continuation of this with todoroki? He was previously unable to prove his father's abuse since no one would believe him if he said the number 2 hero was a child abuser, so when he hears about their quirks, he has a fleeting thought that they might be able to help him, so he goes up to them before they leave and asks them to do the same for him as they did for midoriya.
