Deku remembered Bakugou and not his mother because bakugou cause him the most pain and if it wasn’t for him deku wouldn’t be there and that deku kept on thinking and dreaming about cause him to go insane and he broke loose of the league cause he couldn’t take of being hostage anymore and aphasia bumped into Bakugou and deku immediately went and put his fist up and remembered all the things Bakugou said to him..
