I don't think it's his fault. He had good intentions, and he was a child. If anything it's the mother's fault for using an illegal method of transferring the quirk to him.

El resumen según entendí es que Denki tenía una hermana gemela y un hermano menor, este último desarrolló su quirk siendo muy pequeño, lo cual era peligroso. En un principio Denki no tenía quirk y su madre pensó en usar un método ilegal de medicina para pasar el quirk del hermano más pequeño a Denki para que su vida no corriera peligro, pero el niño falleció meses después del proceso. Además, los padres de Denki (Ambos Pro-Heroes) se divorciaron y el padre de Denki se llevó a su hermana gemela a América con él ;-;
