i hope he is an anti hero. a vigilante. a person that does what needs to be done to help the world. ill make an example. if he gets recruited by all for one he asks to be his successor and acts like a huge fan. then when he gets his power he destroys the league of villans and gives those with no quirks the quirks all for one had. then he kills all for one and lets the league join a villan rehab program for there own redemption

@@PanMan123 exactly. He did bad things in his past life. So he finds the reason the villains do bad things and tries to help them. He finds the weak and gives them the power to become better. Gradually he would end people being quirkless and if they are he could stop all discrimination towards them. For those that do bad for the fun of it and find pleasure he could just kill them so they can’t escape and make the world a worse place
