But the property market is already high. May have capital losses...also ...Will rental market be always rosy? The higher the leverage the higher the risk of losses. Investment profile of the investor is v v important.

@@ukpoa_alan is there a tested scientific way to predict the market movement by an accredited institution? I believe its more of individual judgement call. Not forgetting interest rates will be going up. Not saying property in UK is a bad bet but putting all eggs in 1 basket is very risky.

@@ukpoa_alan I am proven right now. Only after 6 months. Property prices in UK have peaked and are now falling together with the exchange rate. Mortgage rates are increasing too. Your video asking people to leverage up is not a good advise.
