Berry Hill 這個development 現時無醫療服務。不過Barratt 的sales office 話遲D會建Community Centre. 到時會有同埋會有幼稚園。現時睇醫生要到Mansfield 市中心附近，大約十分鐘車程。附近有King's Mill Hospital, 大約十至十五分鐘車程。
