यह जो आपने बात कही किसी के अनजाने में मर्डर हो जाता है तो सजा नहीं होगी यह तो सनातन की और बढ़ता कदम है भगवान मन से किया हुआ कर्म ही नोट करते हैं अनजाने में कुछ हो जाए तो भगवान भी सजा नहीं देते है जय सियाराम 🙏

ट्रक हड़ताल राजनीतिक द्वेष से प्रेरित है। अन्यथा आप पाएंगे कि दुर्घटनाओं में Hit and Run के मामलों में ट्रकों के मामले कम होते हैं बल्कि अपेक्षाकृत छोटे वाहन अधिक संलिप्त पाए जाते हैं। नशेड़ी युवा (नशा चाहे मादक पदार्थों का हो या पैसे का या ताकत का) अधिक जिम्मेदार होते हैं।

किसी भी घटना या दुर्घटना में कौन सी धाराएं लगाई जाती है वे सही है या नहीं इसका निर्धारण कौन करेगा और यदि पुलिस ने जानबूझकर गलत धारा लगाई तो ऐसे प्रकरण में क्या होगा।

Vijay ji, information given by you very good to hear but process adopted by police, court and advocates in accident is very different. Fir is loged against anyone as per the application of victim's family. Situation for a truck driver is very different from other people. In some cases truck drivers are wrongly accused just to get compensation from insurance though he was the one who admitted the injured to hospital. Policemen incharge of any case just tries to extract money from the person accused and never favours the justice or truth.

Maa baap par bete betio dura kiye aroop ko nahi maanna chahiye agar koi body injury nahi toh. Eske ult par turent action hona chahiye, kyoki maa baap saririk durbarlta se guzar rahe hote hai.
