Amazing! The lyrics are outstanding and the vocals match it perfectly. Your visual representation of Bokaap and Islam in the cape is nothing short of spectacular. Truly one for the history books. Proud of you gentlemen

This music video should be sufficient to justify the area as a cultural and heritage protection nominee. Not just some of its sights. The quarry area, used on multiple occasions by Tuan Guru himself for weekly Friday / Jumuah proceedings, after the Dutch delayed approval for the Awwal Masjid to operate freely and openly, is an area not protected, not given distinction and completely ignored. May our ppl wake up to preserve the rich legacy and heritage our forefathers lived, sacrificed and died for. Baie tramakasie to the crew for such a remarkable visual experience with lagu to go.

A very good deed and valiant effort. Which is to be applauded. At the risk of attracting unfavourable comments, it is sadly not an accurate representation of the true bo kaap. It is indeed very creative and beautifully melodious. But if creativity and melody was the objective, then well done indeed. However if a historical perspective was to be communicated then such visuals could certainly be inserted into the near perfect lyrics. May you be rewarded for your efforts and your voices preserved. May you continue your good deeds to the Cape Town community. I am a proud bo kaaper. And I'm sure everyone else shares that pride.

As Salaam Alaykum. JazakAllahu khayr. Absolutely beautiful!!! LOVE 💖 this. Thank you for uploading. I'm assuming the conversation was in Malay and the song sounded like Arabic is that correct? I didn't know much about South Africa so loved seeing the beautiful neighborhood. Sending blessings from the United States.
