@dohngl Thanks Dean. Well, they say that fancy gadgets doesn't make a better pipe - it just cuts the time making one. I know Bo could spend months on a single pipe just to get that perfect finish. You know as well as I do how much work that's involved in that stage. ;) But yeh, I'm sure Bo kept a few secrets to himself. Cheers mate, - Mike

Skaft finns att köpa (kolla hos P.E. Hermann). Dessa är halvfabrikat så visst eget arbete behövs. Man kan också köpa stavar (Ebonit eller Akryl) och bygga själv men det är överkurs. Kolla Pipedia på nätet så hittar du svar på det mesta om piptillverkning. Lycka till!

Well, if you plan to make a pipe out of briar wood I have to warn you that this is a very tough wood. You *can* use a knife, but it has to be razor-sharp... and even then the wood tends to chip easily. The problem with pipes is that they need to be made of really hard wood so that they doesn't burn out so easily as softer wood. I recommend saving up for at least a rasp and a good file. They doesn't cost very much.

i make one using olive wood only use my knife and sand paper...and it´s a good pipe:)
