You have to play PC, I've watched you and a lot of others for a while before determining this. you just are simply using WASD movement , when you shoot or play with your aim your button does not move one time there is no way you can tap the screen in the same spot that many times every time you spam, it's a key from a keyboard the biggest give away is your analog it's on a visible axis.
