I can hear the WaW DNA in the almost snare drum sound, but it is missing the poppy highs of the OG in my opinion.

@ there is probably a little less extreme high frequency content in there. You can hear more of it in the mech layer when you ADS. It is always a tricky balance; I didn’t want it to get too fatiguing.

I think you did a great job! All 3 of them sound very punchy and powerful in all the right ways, especially the Feng. Cool detail about the PPSh, as well, and that's executed very nicely!

1:20 i did NOT expect the TKB-022PM to make an appearance in call of duty, that was a fucking flashbang lmao and yes, for those wondering, that IS an actual gun, it was designed by German Aleksandrovich Korobov in the 1960s and, although never mass produced, had multiple functioning prototypes two of which are exposed at the Kalashnikov small arms museum in Russia.

Fun fact: all the brown stuff is Bakelite, the same material as the AK-74 Mag in game, and the creator thought THIS would REPLACE the AK-74

@KOBRA_GAM1NG i mean, it was a pretty good gun and did outperform the AK74 in some areas, but it was also really expensive, required completely different parts and had completely different ergonomics which would have required a REALLY expensive retraining program. Ultimately, it was scrapped because of a money problem, just like most prototype weapons around the world

Same thing for the jackhammer imo. I don't get why they add guns with weird gimmicks then "fix"/change them to be "normal" now the TKB is just a normal bullpup without its unique design. Same as how the jackhammer is just magfed instead of revolving

This is borderline player deception? Almost fraud at this point! Activision made big promises about fixes, transparency, and trust, yet delivered an update that barely changed anything. 90% of the issues remain, new ones have surfaced, and even the "fixed" features are still broken. The fact that weapons like the XM4 and Jackal are still meta despite supposed nerfs proves they aren't even balancing the game properly. On top of that, they lock new guns behind an insanely slow battle pass grind unless, of course, you pay $30 to unlock them instantly. And let’s not forget the matchmaking manipulation, where wins and losses feel scripted rather than skill-based. They’re stringing players along with empty promises while milking them for money through overpriced cosmetics and battle passes. At this point, it’s clear they don’t care about the quality of the game, only about how much they can extract from players' wallets.

Meh, these are mediocre to decent animations at best tbh. Obviously way better than Cold War's anims but a lot of the hand/weapon movements seems a bit weird and unnatural like for example at 2:44, what is that charging handle pull/push, it looks goofy... In some cases, there are too little keyframes or transitions between keyframes is too straight forward making the animation seem a bit too basic and barebones. Sound design for reloads is also kind of generic, the weapons don't feel like they have "personality". 3D models are good I gotta say, and obviously the guns might feel good to use in game so it's not end of the world.
