Ok so I’m going to get nerdy here. It’s called the AK-74 because it was introduced in 1974, the same reason why the AK-47 is called what it is as it was introduced in 1947. The AK-74 was supposed to be the new and improved version of the 47, and uses a smaller cartridge, being 5.45x39mm which was a response to the 5.56 NATO round (which is used by the AR-15), rather than 7.62x39mm like the AK-47 and various AK models such as the AKM. Overkill perk with my Model L and a PP is my favorite load out. Gunfighter perk on my AK-74 is OP

As Val and Goblin are at the bottom of my list tbh. I did not have a pleasant experience with the Goblin and the As Val recoil is a nightmare to deal with in long ranges. I prefer the XM4 or Model L. These guns annihilate opponents in mid to long ranges.

I use the Val as a SMG on smaller maps most of the time, but I don't know about the Goblin. If I want to use an assault rifle I want it to at least be full auto, haha.

I go back and forth with the AK 74, the XM4 and the Val. would you mind telling me which bullets or rapid fire and barrel you like ? Also, i’m torn between Greed or The extra attachment perk, I have a love hate relationship with the Val, sometimes I love it, most times use the other two more, thank you

My list for like the one person that cares (Marksman rifles included bc might as well) 11. Tsarkov 7.62 (haven't really used it yet) 10. DM-10 (also haven't really used it yet but feels a lot like the tempus torrent) 9. GPR 91 (I love this gun but it is very weak, mabye if everyone didn't meta spam the gun could be top 5) 8. Ames 85 (I love the feel of this gun but it is too weak) 7. Swat 5.56 (just the AEK with a slower burst) 6. Goblin Mk2. (Great gun but my trigger finger sucks + it heavily affects my aim as I play on MnK 5. Xm4 (Boring low recoil meta gun that everyone uses) 4. Model L (great gun but beaten by the other weapons higher on this list) 3. As Val (my favorite gun but it is more of an SMG) 2. AK74 (best AR like in the video but the next gun destroyes it) 1. AEK-973. One burst MACHINE. Highly recommend, as it beats every other non - one shot gun in the game. I dont have rapid fire on it yet but it goes INSANE. Wow you actually read all this

If you played MW3 the Tsarkov 7.62 is just like the KVD enforcer, IT'S GREAT ON RANGE. It keeps a 2-3 shot capability at over 50 meters and of course, one shot to the body and head. Although you do have to be accurate with this gun because I'm pretty sure the lower arms do not have that one shot capability.

ak74 is litteral gun what exists it uses 5.45x39 ammuniton most of russian and ukrainian solders use it why do people mix it up with ak47 what uses 7.62x39 ammuniton and is much older and less used in more modern countries there is also ak12 what is even more modern but its not as widley used.
