i have weird experience with RC502. The boa loosen itself after riding especially on the side where I unclip shoe the most frequent. what's wrong? the shoe is new. just ridden it two times for 200km.

Having now done a few of these repairs on side BOA systems in snowboard boots, the feeder tool is too short for feeding the lace to the dial. We had to hack two feeder tools together, in the future the feeder length should be almost double.

This is just a horrible system. It's wasteful and not renewable, and is of questionable reliability.
