Nice review. But there are two errors in your review. In mode 2, the directions say that if the alarm has you discard 5 cards, you have to make sure that the ladder isn’t one of them. And two: In mode 3, you play with the ladder and you trying to help them escape together.

Hello it is me Santino your old student. I'd like to know how you are and if we can follow your boat trip to see where you are. Thank you.

Lovely to hear from you Santino. I hope school is treating you well. Progress has been very gradual at the minute and unfortunately we can't take the boat out on any journeys yet. I'll try to take some photos and videos to give you some updates.

I picked this game up cheaply a few months ago. It's a nice idea and appealed to me partly because, when it's on the table, it looks a bit like a retro computer game (dig dug or boulder dash). After playing it a few times, it's apparent that it's either very easy or very hard, based on the order in which the cards are drawn. You either get lucky and block off all of the exits early on, as you showed in the review, or you get lots of cards with multiple exits and you're screwed. The only way to get good at the game is to practice which combinations work well to seal off multiple exits, and even then you'll need to get lucky. So I enjoyed it as a puzzle, but it felt too random to be enjoyable in the long term. That's my opinion anyway. Thanks for the video. How do you choose which games you review? I'd like to see some more big box reviews.

I have found those cards really hard to connect together effectively. I also wouldn't have minded some cards where only half the card has routes printed on to make it a little bit easier and you could take those out if you wanted to make it harder. At the moment I don't have much of a gaming group so only really get to play with family/partner so they tend to have to be games more on the lighter side. I have a few bigger box games I'd like to tackle and will certainly try and get some of those in front of the camera soon. Thanks for that feedback :)
