1) Reaction dice (blue dice) special symbol does not work like Action dice (red dice). One cannot spend stamina to gain more successes on the Reaction special icon 2) When hero gets wounded they return the amount of used stamina chips that is shown on the vitality disc. This new value is also the new maximum stamina amount for the hero, until they are healed. So they do not gain any extra they just lose half of what they had.lity disc. On the 2nd tutorial, afaik you weren't supposed to use the extra maneuver on the initiation cards :) Thanks for the play, was interesting to watch how you guys resolved it.

The wagon & togrel should have started the scenario on the left side of the starting position. It counts as 3 figures (that's why left side is 3 dots and start position is 4)

I'm not sure you got the Wounded rules correct. When you become wounded, you are limited to the new number of tokens. It looks like you gained that many tokens too so that you had 12 in total. 8 from before, and then 4 more. I think it should be 4 in total you have.

Or in fact, 8 in total still - but 4 of them would stay as damage permanently.

I believe you can't use stamina on reactive (blue dice) checks on that symbol. It counts as zero unless you have something going on that changes that

That is correct. The special symbol on the blue dice comes in later in the campaign. It does not allow you to spend stamina for successes.
