Can you stamp a travel goal if you used local flight or long distance flight?

@BoardGameMuseumer thanks for the reply. The only reason I'm asking is because the directions are vague. It's list the ways you can arrive at a travel goal and by flight is not one of them. I felt like they added that list purposely.
