On an ironic twist, the predator becomes the prey. Thanks for doing what you do. Also I have tried to jump on it, backflip, swim, Zora attack it, walk and run to it and nothing works.

METY! I HAVE AN EVEN BETTER IDEA! Try doing the same thing on all *sides* of the metal box. But most importantly, maybe the side facing Ruta will be the best side. Because, y'know, how can a forcefield push you if you're lunging in the opposite direction it pushes you? I hope that made sense. TL:DR (Only if you want to) Try my previous idea, but hang on to the side facing the elephant so the forcefield can't push you (instead it should push you against the box, causing you to be in the forcefield zone when the field dissapears and move around freely) IDK IF IT'LL WORK THOUGH!

moonjump pretty easy just get on a spot above them and where you want to be [fix the camera aswell] and then you have yourself on a divine beast after completion [ps. you need to go around medoh to actually get on] for some seconds

This is exactly what happened when i first reached this boss ... it was my first divine boss. It say to ride the divine beast so i climbed to the highest mountain and paraglide and bam rejected flat out. Then i went back and read the quest dialogue and found it I actually have to talk to the prince of zora first lol.

I honestly really wish you could get into the Divine Beasts before going through the story. I honestly feel that have each of them in their little story spheres clashes with the open world nature of the game as a whole, and I wish this carried over to the Divine Beasts.

When I first got there I was just wandering aimlessly. When I saw Vah Ruta I was like "Oh, some kind of ancient steam vent" so I tried gliding to it. When I saw "Divine Beast Vah Ruta" flash on the screen, I thought "Wow, that was easy! I was saving the Divine Beasts for later". And when it threw me off, I realized I had to progress the plot and swam across the lake toward the yellow dot on my map.

1:58 you can't save Vah Ruta, in that way.(Can you?) The barrier will always be with Ruta forever, unless you finish Vah Ruta main quests.(it's not a glitch).
