Laurene is spending time with her family. I’m heading back to France to be with here right after this cruise and she will be with me on 2 cruises in August. I personally pay for literally all flights, hotels and most cruises. As you could imagine that adds up quickly when I’m paying full price, cruising every other week and when my girlfriend doesn’t love cruising like I do and I’m still growing my business. Hopefully this helps clear things up a little.

Love the Pride! Been on 26 cruises and 6 of them were on the Pride. Baltimore is my homework and have also done 3 cruises on the sister ship, Legend. Love the Piano Bar. And unknown to me, but was on NCL Escape when you were working on on it. Must be why I gravitate to your page first when checking out ship videos. Great job dancing. Would love to do a cruise that you are on and meet you.

I know a lot of people aren't a fan of the Farcus era design, but I liked it. It gave each ship it's own distinct character and feel. Even if you were on a ship of the same class, it still felt different.

I love the Carnival Pride and the Spirit class of ships! I sailed on that ship 3 times, leaving out of Baltimore! I love the layout of the ship where you can pretty much walk the entire ship from front to back on Promenade! I was also on the Legend back in October 2022 and then again this past April/May. Thank you, Jay, for spotlighting these class of ships!

This is a nice ship. I was on it the sailing before it left Tampa for Barcelona. I like the hot tub in the gym. The night club used to be 2 stories but they added more rooms. Over all a nice ship with sort of a strange layout on the lido by the pools.

I've been on the Pride 4 times. I've also been on the Spirit (Alaskan cruise just last week), Miracle, and Liberty. It's safe to say, I like the Spirit class ships.

I noticed that in your interior cabin and your balcony cabin, the lamps did not have any USB ports in them. But on another guy's blog who was staying in a premium belfry cabin, they had two USB ports on the lamps on both sides of the bed. That would be nice to plug in your phone by the bed and use it as an alarm clock while charging it. Seems like a very cheap fix/ upgrade that carnival should have done during their dry dock. There's a rumor John Heald may be on board. If you see him, mention that to him. This size ship is invaluable because it's one of the few on carnival today that can go to the old Panama canal as well as other small ports throughout the world. Granted my wife and I are really princess people but the only carnival ship we've been on before was the spirit and I love that class. We will be on the pride for 25 days and October. I think you got to love this ship and may be dated but it's has a lot of room. I love the theater and the space for the drinks. People can walk by waitresses can walk to you and get your drinks without having to stand up. I love love love this classic ship.

I have been on the Pride several times, and I love it. I especially love the blue women on the ceiling of the buffet. Also, I think they have a big selection of food for lunch, especially if you include the Deli, Guy's, and Blue Iguana. Even without those, I always have trouble figuring out what I want.

Why was pizza pirate closed…hmmm. Here’s a fun fact about the night club. Prior to the renovation, it was a two level club. As you enter through on deck two, that would be the bar and lounge area and a stairway heading down to deck 1 which was the Dj, dance floor and lounging area also.
