A amateur music video I made with a favorite song of mine. Video (c) 2007 Josh Mlnarik and music by none other than the gods Boards of Canada.

AND if there is any advice I can give to young people (and this is coming from a guy who's only 22) is to SAVOR every moment of your carefree days, your highschool era. Go out of your way to film things, document all the milestones no matter what it is you like to do! Doesn't matter what end of the social spectrum you're on. . As you grow old, having relics such as this from your past will ALWAYS put a smile on your face, and make you say "Im so glad we captured that moment in time" Much love!

Why do so many channels that rip this bands music and upload it also include pointless preachy shit attached to it?

If you love music... then you truly must love Boards of Canada. I'm 42 years old. A dying music geek and there is nothing better than I've come across. This is the real shit. Nothing comes close.

Boc reminds me of "chocolate covered pretzels"...the combinations of textures, clashing sounds, colors and layers..all compacted into one tiny morsel of amazing-ness

Judging by all the awesome fan videos, BoC has a stronger vibe with their fan-base than any other act out there.

BOC make music like no other. They are unique. There will never be another like them.

Words cannot describe how right you are! A whole 5 years has passed since I paintstakingly filmed this excursion into the countryside with close friends and my little brother. And while my lil bro and I are still tight as could be, this inseperable group of best pals has since grown apart - don't get me wrong, we'll all be friends for life, but we're all growing up and drifting apart in our own ways. I will always treasure this gem from our best years, a totem of what we loved and who we are.

I like what you did with this. I feel that I can understand why you included the shots you did and why you wanted to color them with this piece of music. You did a good job here and I wish I could have been with you guys,

It's amazing how some of their early stuff like this is even better then the Warp stuff that was released- this track sounds so authentic, effortless and inspired. One of my top BOC tracks... thanks again for the video!

It's typical BoC - i.e. full of mystery and atmoshphere, and just an absolutely sublime piece of music!

Reminds me of exploring the back woods, rivers and creeks when you are little boy or girl. Hopefully discover something amazing like, old fossils, arrowheads, ancient shark teeth and ancient glass. No one has seen before you. Great to listen to and remeniece those days of yesterday. That bring back good memories.

thinking bright thoughts as I went under the trees I brought out my bag and set down to enjoy a rough feast. No sooner had the meaty bread touched my teeth than I went into a diabetic coma unexpected and most unwanted. it hardly needs to be said that I went over the waterfall headfirst and died. I'm haunting this tune until someone slays the dragon

We've all been caught holmes... listen to your parents.. when you live on your own and pay your own bills do whatever the hell you want.. You will understand when the time comes. . all good things in moderation, getting high all the time (especially at that crucial age I assume you're at) just shows you 'racka disciprin! Respect the ones who feed clothe and shelter you.. and respect their wishes. .
