Good idea for a video. Booking my annual Wildwood vacation this week for the last week of August. Started going as a kid in 93 until 03...then started going again in '13 and have been going every year since. I moved out to California in 2015 for a year and STILL took my summer vacation in Wildwood. I'm appreciating Cape May more now that I'm in my mid 30's, but found it so boring as a kid lol.

Where do you stay in wildwood. Looks like a lot of s stage rating motels. Should I save a little money and stay outside of wildwood and just drive there or a lot better to just stay at a motel by the beach?

We are are doing airbnd this year because traveling with group of people. I Like you can see reviews and get a whole house usually cheaper than hotel. Friend of mine stays at starlux hotel because it is right where rides and waterparks are and comes with ride perks.

You should give it a try. Used it many times never had a bad experience. They have rentals that are superhost based on reviews and responses. Really can't go wrong because if they get bad reviews they don't get rentals. And owners care about reviews unlike hotels.

OC MD has the best boardwalk restaurants like Harrison's with nice water view, loved eating diner when Phillips had a place on the boardwalk. Wildwood NJ has way better pizza , hoagies & French fries ( Curleys where they have ketchup & not vinegar ). Now only go to noisy Wildwood one weekend a year.. Wildwood has large # of tourist trap restaurants like POS Uries.When we go to Wildwood have to go into Caps May at Lobster House to get a great seafood. Wife wanted to go to if to Rohobeth to check out boardwalk & stores. Was very disappointing. My wife never walks out of Douglas without spending over $100. Woke fuss in OC MD has the best peanut butter salt water taffies. OC MD has a 1,000 car parking mmm lot but charge at least $2 a hour while Wildwood a lot of places only charge $10 for entire night.We ho down to clean quiet OC MD a week in the summer & a fall week to see the great 750.000 light bulb winterfest Christmas displays in North Park. The best & largest park of any shore resort.

There is no better shore resort than Ocean City, New Jersey aka "America's Greatest Family Resort." Please do check it out and I know you will find none better. Be it beach, boardwalk, music pier, entertainment, parades, rides, food, overall atmosphere, or whatever your druthers Ocean City, NEW JERSEY is The Best. Enjoy!

I'm going to wildwood in 5 days. What was that private pool along the boardwalk. Can you pay to use it? Where was its location?

Unfortunately it's private. Right on the boardwalk close to moreys pier in the north side. Don't think they have Any kind of day pass for it. Have fun you will love it so much to do for sure in wildwood.. 👍👍🎢🎢⛱⛱😎😎
