It will be nice if you could compare the speed and surface feel of new high quality mousepads with most common and cheap ones like the qck, gigantus v2, hyperx, g640, so people that never got a high quality mousepad can have some point of reference too, if you compare it to already expensive mousepads most people will be like "yeah I'm going to compare it to the artisan zero that I don't have?", thanks for the review.

Why no glass skates with controls pads? You only touched on this and I don't know anything about glass skates specifics - I have this pad and I absolutely love it. 500x500, flat packed, wonderful control with larger skates for me and also great micro adjustments and consistency is wonderful. I'm over the moon with mine.

I have a Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse (with Tiger ICE skates) and LGG Saturn Pro mousepad. I'm playing Counter-strike 2 it seems to me that it glides too quickly. For example, when I fast move the mouse to the side, very often I have to move it back. There is a feeling that there is a lack of control. Does the EM-C mousepad have more control than LGG Saturn Pro?

I got this pad 3 or 4 days ago. I like it so far. I have Zero and Saturn pro and I think I preferer the EMC. My humidity levels are about 35-45% and so far I didn't notice any issues. My issue with Saturn Pro which I preferred over Zero was the muddiness.. I don't know why but the speed was so uneven after just a day or two after cleaning it. I guess after some time I could face the same issue with the EMC, time will tell. Oh yea, one tiny complaint, you can feel the logo if your mouse touches it. So keep it in a corner where u wont use that area. :P I saw Zowie ofc released the G-SR II yesterday.. Might give that a try just for fun... :P kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZvTp395gtFkrLM

I still think thats the better control pad of those I tested. But I cant say anything about how it feels after a months usage because well I didnt use it.

Good to know. I don't think this mousepad is for me. When I'm holding an angle in Valorant/CSGO, my mouse gets "stuck in the mud" easily, and I don't make the needed micro-adjustments quick enough. (Also, I'm "competitive video game old" so I drank my best reflexes away anyway. lol) I'll stick with my Saturn and Zero (and sometimes Venus)

Is the aqua control plus the best xxl extended 900x400 pad that is similar to the artisan zero as i wanted an artisan zero but dont want to get 2 mousepads as it is just a waste of money. I heard that the ac+ is softer than the the ac2 and is also a slower pad. Other than that do you have any recommendations for this size zero type pad? Preferably without any messy design as they do the control+ in that size in just plain white and black.

with the gpx, stock skates feel scratchy with the AQ2, and too fast with tiger ice or corer pads. I got tiger arc 1's on my mouse and it is almost slow enough for me

if you want a slower pad get the Aqua Control Zero, by far the most control pad, and its softer so you wont have to worry about your mouse skates being scratch or too fast
