This guy must have been a serious rookie I mean where were his supervisors number one how the hell does something like that be allowed to happen but more than that where was the ship's crew I'm a marine engineer and if it's to do with mechanics or physics it's my job if it has to do with laws keeping discipline where the ship goes and how fast it goes there or any other business that's the captain's job the first or second engineer should have been on Deck with a bill of lading in hand keeping track of each container as it came on its weight known the trim of the ship where it should go how high in the stack of should go and to be loaded evenly don't let the ship get a list like that it's not just the the rookie crane operators fault it's also the crew this should never been allowed to happen by any means by at all if this is crap I can't even form words right now.
