Hey, As a boat owner I always compare my view on a hook, dock or sea, to the costs of a condo of Hotel stay at the beach, or near the beach. $2500 to $3500?. And Maybe no view or parking. To me still less expensive to be on the boat with an awesome view. For cocktails or Barbeque. Neighbors are great and not to noisy. I would like to get the repair list done. Ha ha Never happen. Keep the good ( Sea Y'all ) life. Enjoy. Magma Grills are the best. a little bigger will help
