My kids did this over the weekend and the chain snapped. Where can I order a new chain for that bottom gear and how many links are in that chain?

I bought a used lift. I turn it counter clockwise to lift and clock wise to lower. Was this set up incorrectly. It doesn't click when I lift but clicks when I lower. Great videos btw

Hi I have a quick question. When replacing the cable on a cantilever boat lift do you want the bunks up or down?
