I think for pack neck you should go 1" Down from shoulded line and this method you should follow for collar neck or jewel neck. And you need to find neck width also because collar neck covers full neck and pack neck will give some space in the neck width. Please try to correct it because im also the student of rajarani coaching. Only i need is bottom wear. All the best you r doing a great job. Please make some corrections go through the theory she provided. Thank you
