Our Favorite park in the Florida Keys is John D. Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. We spent two days in Key Largo visiting this beautiful Florida State Park, and enjoyed a glass bottom boat tour, the visitor center, Cannon Beach and Kaitlyn's first time snorkeling. The snorkeling in the park is amongst the best snorkeling in Florida. In fact, Key largo probably has the most accessible and best snorkeling in Florida.
This week's Old Soles Travel Vlog is in our home state of Florida. We are launching a Florida vacation series that will show you around some of the amazing and interesting things to do and see at Florida State Parks. Our international travel channel primarily travel around the World, but we love to take a long weekend trip in Florida. Key Largo was a romantic getaway in the Florida Keys. If you enjoy the water John Pennekamp is a must visit, as you will see in this travel video.
Make sure you take a glass-bottom boat tour and a snorkel tour if you have 2 days in Key Largo.
If you find yourself in South Florida, here are three can’t miss destinations. Part one of two. This week we shared with you Kaitlyn and ours trip to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo, FL. John Pennekamp State Park has a bunch of great activities for just about everyone to enjoy, including: swimming, snorkeling, boat rentals, paddling, boat tours, glass bottom / glass-bottom boat tours, and guided coral reef snorkeling charters for cheap. We love the state parks mission to preserving and interpreting the real Florida, and we always suggest supporting state parks whenever possible. Pennekamp state park is a great advocate for environmental protection, especially marine life conservation, with the added benefit of being a fun place to spend a couple of days. Things to do in south Florida. Things to do in and around Miami. Best Snorkeling in the keys.
