@@CaribbeanCastaways WOW! Last year I was down there it was wiped out still from Ian, must have rebuilt itself. Geeze Im always down there dec to feb and never see the water as nice as your before pic. Unreal.

No one adresses the fact that Pelican Landing HOA filled in Lolly's cut (a naturally occurring cut) that was blown open from Hurrican Ian in 2022. How do you get a permit to fill in a naturally occurring tidal area? $$$
