I chose the twin 300's. I think the single 300 would not be a popular option here, especially in Florida the land of fast boats.

@@Ognir1962 I purchased the boat back in February with almost every option offered, and with twin 300's for around $260K. I have been told that there has been two price increases so not sure what the price would be today.

I like the design for a day boat, can be stored in a rack, seats 9, has a toilet, a solid canopy structure, outboard power, for around $400k modern stylish affordable, and fast.

G'day David, that is at Shelly Beach in Manly. In a boat like the Saxdor you can hook it around there from Sydney Harbour in under 5 mins. Drop anchor, have a swim and a coffee and then burn back to the city for lunch if you wish. Such a cool boat!

Great video! Looking forward to your sea test and top speed run! I love its' cousin Axopar so hopefully they work through the new boat gremlins quickly. Disappointed there is no shower option on a weekend grand touring boat such as this. Also, is there a provision for a clear curtain around the cockpit for heavy seas or colder weather?

Glad you enjoyed it! I'm working on the test drive now so hope to upload soon. I've already seen the list of improvements they have made on the 320 and this was no different to when Axopar was new (I sold Axopar's for 5yrs) so they are sure to have great success with this model. If you mean inside shower i think i did see a pull out shower in the head actually. But will need to check this as i can't remember exactly. Yes there is an option for clears but you could also just buy the cabin version. It looks so sexy without clears i would be worried to ruin the looks...?

Love this boat. Like that is is smaller than Axopar 37, but bigger than 27. So it would actually be a decent boat for a lake if you are on a big lake, which I am. Right now the choices seem to be ski boat (too small) or pontoon boat (ugly) but one of these would be a nice solution. Add a tow bar and still tow the kids around. Great boat for the sand bar or party island. And throw it on a trailer and tow it to the ocean for real fun.

This is the early model 320GTO. I'll be filming updated videos this Northern Hemisphere summer to bring you up to speed on the options. They now offer a grey gelcoat which wasn't available in 2021.

Cheers… I dunno? Really depends how you drive it. Pedal to the metal you’re hauling 50kts+ so she’ll drink it at that speed. Slow cruise with these motors was 30kts so that will give you a low fuel burn for sure.

Hi Spyros, good question because i love both boats. I sold Axopar's in Sydney since 2015 until i resigned and started this channel so I've got a LOT of time on them and now the Saxdor too. It really depends as you can find good points for both boats: Best Price - Saxdor Longest boat - Axopar Volume on deck - Both boats have unique solutions to this so personal preference Fastest - Saxdor Brand recognition - Axopar Axopar have taken the adventure boat category and introduced it to the mass market very successfully. They have created a market that is quickly becoming the biggest and most exciting category in boating at the moment. This has created room for other companies to build on all the great ideas Axopar have had and bring their own creativity to the genre. Sakari is obviously behind Axopar already but i can see he's created Saxdor to fill the gaps in the market that Axopar did not service. I see Saxdor being more attractive to people who want to spend longer amounts of time onboard their boats. With an Axopar you often go from point A to point B. You go really fast and have a great time doing it but you don't really hang out on the boat all day. The purpose for Axopar is more around getting out and having adventures. I can see by the design that Saxdor are trying to talk to the people who still want that super amazing driving experience and sexy boat... however they want to relax and maybe spend longer time just chilling on the boat instead of going mountain bike riding or surfing etc. I think long term both of these brands will continue to be hugely successful because they are sexy, amazing to drive and affordable. So depending on how you wish to use the boat should really guide you on which brand to focus your attention on. Hope that makes some sense..?

Since the manufacturer is relatively unknown and there is no shower, I am guessing around $300k US before add-ons.

In Aussie I believe they are selling around the $400AUD with extras so you’re probably right in USD. Sakari the owner is the co-founder of Axopar with Jan so I guess people will watch this brand.

Haha i like that attitude! Only thing is the power to weight ratio wouldn't work with those 600s on any of the Finnish designed boats. They are more suited to American boats which are a lot bigger.
