for sure a good yacht, but when it comes to exploration yachts i would always prefer KMY from makkum, netherlands. if the price tag is around 3,2 million for the garcia, i'd put a bit on top of that and go for a pelagic 77.

What camera (lens) are you using? Everything looks "to close" :(

Dear BoatTube channel, I always watch your videos but I never finish them because, for some reason, your camera shakes a lot-it feels like you're filming with zoom, and it's really frustrating. Another thing is that I don't understand why you have to focus everything so close up, as if you want to see the pores of the material. I like boat and sailboat videos, but unfortunately, when I search for one and you're the only ones who have it, I feel disappointed. I start watching, but within 5 minutes, I stop. It's unfortunate that I have to write this comment, but please improve the way you make your videos. It would be greatly appreciated. You have a lot of videos. Actually, I’m not subscribed to your channel for that very reason, but unfortunately, whenever I search for boat videos, yours always come up. Greetings.😟😟

I hate the modern ship interior designs. Blonde wood and IKEA'ish designs are so bland and ugly.

i have to agree. not that i could ever afford a yacht for 3 millions, but the interior design is a bit too common, i have seen that in many yachts. modern, but for my personal taste not rugged enough. have i missed heaters or even a refleks oven? not a fan of single masted boats of this size either when you have to rely on all the push buttons in emergenncy cases.

This is a joke, right? You call this an exploration boat? I didn't see 1 seabirth in the whole boat. Companionway entry is too low. No handhelds on deck and at 3+ million? I'd take a kraken boat over this any day and save a million plus. Also don't like how the sheets are run for the staysail. This boat reeks of a design for women. Might as well made a catamaran.

Lol, comes on YT to decry a *proven* expedition yacht, designed with input from Jimmy Cornell who *literally* wrote the book on cruising the planet... Sure, buddy. 🤣
@FranklinGray9 күн бұрын
@@ecmo11 I guess you don't know what a blue water boat is then. My boat is better than this. Just because they say Jimmy gave them input doesn't mean squat. Maybe their older boats were better and they are just following the modern trend.

@@ecmo11 So tell me, from this video, what screams Blue Water boat to you? I'll tell you what I see: I see a galley that you have to go up and down steps to get to. Now imagine yourself trying to carry dinner out from there in 20 foot seas. I think you'd be eating dinner off the floor. I see a master cabin where it doesn't matter which tack you are on, you are rolling out of bed. The other 2 births you'll be rolling out of bed on a starboard tack. Sure, you can add lee-cloths but a true blue water boat has real sea-births where you don't need to do anything. I see a flat deck with no handrails. I guess they expect you to hold onto the life-line rails. No other blue water boat maker does that. I could go on and on but you get the idea.
