When Margaret forgets to pay for some sprinkles at the local cake shop, she is hauled in as a shoplifter. She is interrogated at the local police station - where the local cops decide that she’s in fact the arsonist they’ve been looking for. Bob is persuaded to wear a wire in a kind of sting operation - in order to “exonerate” Margaret, of course! Things come to a head when the police, misunderstanding her discussion with Bob about their oven, decide that she has explosives and call in a SWAT TEAM.
