Real story ... I was going through very tough times about 4 years back . Excessive anxiety and depression , nothing was going right , i could not sit at one place for more than 5 mins, couldn't drive to office without stopping at every traffic light with excessive panic attacks , was about to quit my job ..somehow while searching for some videos online I came across bob's paradigm shift video ... Saw it for 10 mins , got stuck to it and for next 1 week I saw all his videos . You guys won't believe , my life changed so much since then , I have been going places , meeting peole , got promoted 3 times and got married. Hight regards for Bob and his teachings.

I’ve been watching this video more than once almost everyday. I just play it and listen to it, while I’m driving, while I’m in the shower, while I go for walks, while I’m out shopping or running errands and even when I’m doing things like cleaning up my room and what not, and it has CHANGED the way I think majorly! It’s my go-to when I feel negative or in a low vibration, it’s also my go-to when I want to feel inspired or motivated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you play this everyday whenever you can! You have to listen to what he’s saying though so the words can sink in your subconscious mind.

@@Mr.Honest247 The more I understood that "thought" is energy, and energy has movement which is known as "frequency", I put together a daily ritual which would put me remain in the "feeling state/the frequency I wanted to feel" of already having and experiencing the reality, a.k.a. "wanted condition" I desired. This ritual consisted of several things but the objective was to "emotionally feel the thoughts I wanted to experience". With time and taking daily action towards achieving my desired goals, I would, from time to time receive ideas, impulsive thoughts, etc. I continued doing the things I felt inspired to do towards the achievement of my goals but MOST importantly, I concentrated on FEELING that I had ALREADY achieved my goals (this is VERY important). In time, through consistent action, persistence and patience, I was able to realize many of my goals. I hope I answered your question! Blessings!

I started taking it serious again a short time ago. I’m eight hours at work out of which I listen to affirmations 5 hours. I go to bed, listening to affirmations and things are just starting to change (they started pretty quickly actually)... I had to get to here to be ready for this, I’ve been working 14 years towards this... and finally, finally I move forward... no, I’ve been moving forward for long, but I finally accelerate!!!
