Such an incredibly talented man who happily shared his knowledge with the world. My mother was an artist, and she and I would sit and watch Bob's show, with her painting right along with him. I draw now, never having taken up painting, but I like watching his videos yet today because I see a lot of things he does/did that help me improve my drawing technique.

When i was small my mom would let me watch bob ross right before nap time. Thats all i remember. Now whenever i watch his show i get all mellow and my eyes get really heavy. I zone out on the colors and the sound of the brush. It makes me feel good and think of good warm happy times when life was measured in the seconds happening. So nice. Thanks Bob Ross.
