The only technique Bob ross had was the one he stole from his instructor Bill Alexander. Bob even stole Bills dialog. Do your research.

I’ve spent hours and hours trying to create brushes in Procreate to emulate the bob ross wet in wet style, I do actually paint using his method(in a hit and miss fashion) and want to avoid the “happy accidents” which contrary to Bobs teaching can end up as mud on the canvas. This has shown me you can use procreate to dry run composition and eliminate the write offs… thank you…

You’re the best for all the things you shared in this video! I wanted to get better at landscapes and digital art in general so I thought watching Bob Ross would be a great way to do that. Then I started and got frustrated immediately because I couldn’t find a way to make my art look remotely similar to the painted style he has. Thank you SO Much for making this video! And all the work you put into it and its description! It helped me so much and made finishing the first piece WAY more enjoyable!

This is incredible and a real pleasure to watch. Your voice is perfect for narration. I'd love to see a finer slower paced breakdown of some of the aspects. 10 minutes on Bob Ross skies, 10 minutes on land, 10 minutes on bobs trees etc. and see some work in real speed. I love art but I'm not much of an artist. Your stuff comes together so perfectly and so rapidly, but it's tricky for such a novice like myself. You make it look too easy! Thanks and I'll keep practicing.
