@@doclinny I'll give you a real story my dad told me... my dad told me mom and him were so poor they would steal and resell in order to be able to put food on the table It's a mistake because they chose to make a wrong judgement call on how to fix the problem at hand....if one or both of them got caught they would of been in jail/prison..... Mickey is one of my favs on Bob's Burgers. He's so under utilized. Of course if they used him more he'd overshadow Bob and the regular gang. He needs a one-off episode in every season.

He'd probably work better than Teddy in some episodes. I mean love Teddy but he's a little too intense some times. Sure that's part of his charm but it's like adding Ketchup to everything, and I mean everything, its still a good condiment but it can't work on everything sometimes you need hot sauce, jam, relish even. Mickey sadly is more or less isolated to Wonder Wharf episodes, if even that. Tbh I'm surprised they haven't had him meet or Join the One Eyed snakes, feel like he and Critter would work off of each other well. That said we almost never get enough of Mort, He's a delightful character that lives next door for crying out loud. Not even Teddy lives next door.

I love little cameos and details in cartoons. My favorite is in Gravity Falls, when something falls down the Bottomless Pit and it's revealed several episodes later what it is. All that to say I love Grover's little cameo towards the end. I don't know how show runners even remember all the 1-off characters and jokes to recall them a long time later.

( mickeys og voice actor ) was originally supposed to still voice Mickey, but there was a mixup in schedules, and animation was already done for the season 12 episode, beach, please. - so they had to hire a TEMPORARY voice impressionist which they were sure to mention was temporary, however, in the movie, Mickey is still voiced by the impressionist. I’m guessing that’s because Bill Hader is really busy, with shows he acts on like Barry. I’m not 100% sure but I have a feeling Bill Hader may return.
