i question there quality!!!!! My brother and i purchased from bobs in 2017 and we had a bad experience with the furniture quality after several months .. For starters after i noticed it a few months later the bedroom set had touch up paint marks on it ( about 3 or 4 of them, both the dresser and night stand) .This tells me the furniture was actually a return or used ..second my brothers bed frame drawers didnt open properly and my night stand as well . They would get stuck at times. My bed frame was good though but the rest of the stuff i ordered i wasn't crazy about it. I just bought a whole new BR set from a different retailer and very happy with it!! i ended up selling the old br set in 2023 for a fraction of what i paid for it ...

Hey Fam, I think that Bob's Furniture has some really nice furniture but I do believe that they have a lot of furniture that is very expensive and overpriced How do you like their Furniture? Do you think it is worth the money? I went in there and I saw a lot of things I like but I did not purchase anything because I felt that the prices were too high. Thank you Soo much for watching!! Please don’t buy from there. They do not honor there warranty! My husband and I spent over 7 thousand in there and they will not fix my broken bed!

Hey Beautiful Sis, I'm Soo Sorry to hear this happened to you guys. That is terrible business. I went there with my parents they purchase a very expensive sectional and bed and it took months for them to get pieces of their furniture and then they told them that they were going to get this last piece in another 2 or 3 months and then a month later they let them know that, that piece that they ordered was discontinued and that they were not going to be able to get it🤦🏽‍♀️ they were trying so hard to get me to buy some furniture from there because I'm looking for a new sofa and couch but I really thought that they were very expensive and overpriced so I decided not to buy anything from Bob's Furniture. We had a home fire and had to walk out with only the clothes on our back. We were finally able to move back and had to replace everything. We started with a bedroom set and living room. The bed has wooden slats under it and one broke , we just asked for the slats to be replaced. They said it was not covered. It is a movable bed so with the slats broken it is no longer movable. Just sad to have this experience and they do nothing.

I’m Soo grateful that you and your family made it out safe. I couldn’t imagine the feeling of starting all over again. I can’t believe that they wouldn’t just give you a new bed altogether that would be good business on their part. My parents bought a bed as well and it’s one of those movable beds with the remote I really pray that they don’t have the same experience as you guys.
