Its wonderful to see the old play sets and toys. Reminds us of a time when our toys reflected a much better time(for so many reasons) thanks. Be safe Bob, adapt and overcome!

What a beauty. These figures were really ahead of their time.

Oh, and by the way, you've motivated me to go and finish my Word Bearers chaplain that was just sitting on the shelf unbased and without some finishing touches for nearly two years. Thanks a lot for that.

Thanks for the info. I always see acetone at Wal- Mart when I go to buy my turpentine, but I never knew it could be used to melt model plastic. Good tip! As for Marx they made great stuff but, like Sears and Craftsman and Radio Shack and Heathkit and so many other things, POOF! They disappeared! What we need is more RELIABILITY and STABILITY in the world.

I still have some of the marx Indians that are big like those GIs. Im in the process of going through stuff at my parents basement... i know i have the old fort Apache. With the tin building and plastic pallisade walls.
