On top of that youtubers can also sue the company who made bobs world because they also use game remixes in there ads without giving the original creator credit.

It is real but please don't play it. It is one of THE worst Mario clones to ever, EVER have existed on the internet, the devs BROKE THE LAW STEALING NINTENDO'S ASSETS for the game, they TOOK LEVEL UP(a youtuber)'S VIDEO FOR THEIR ADS, RIPPED gameplay from Super Mario Maker(2?) and New Super Luigi U for the same reason, and the game itself has the trashest physics and design I have ever seen in any game that has a reference to Mario.
