I used to work the night shift in a shop. We had an old record player. Everyone brought in an album they liked. Each album was played. We had the music blasting. I played this album so much everyone knew all the words to every song on it. Good memories, great music. BEST LIVE ALBUM EVER.

He died in my arms suddenly at home that morning from a widowmaker heart attack. I am devastated but I will see him again. He is with Jesus and I’m no perfect Christian however i am all his. Brianolson- Just recently I've been asking people of different ages their top 5 best live albums. I wanted to compile a list for shits and giggles. 1 stipulation was the album must be a single artist, and it must have some kind of significance or historical value. So the Woodstock album wouldn't make my list because of multiple artists. I have had this Live Bullet LP since I was 8, some 50 years now and love it as much as I did then. But I'm sorry I was the only person to put this on a list. In that defense live bullet was going up against some really strong artists. At #1 we had The Who. Live At Leeds. #2 was The Allman Brothers Live at the Fillmore. #3 Led Zeppelin The Song Remains the Same #4 was Frampton come alive and #5 was LYNYRD SKYNYRD one more from the road.

Saw this cat at a music festival in a Davison Michigan in 1968. He was billed as the Bob Seger System, I was 11 years old, and remember thinking this guy is pretty good. I was right!

I cried seeing him play in Fresno a few years back. I've always wanted to see him live. He played this song and my parents were there with me to see him perform. It was amazing. Bob Seger is a legend. Words cannot describe.

I live in Michigan and I have met Bob Seger more than once. The first time was in 1971 before he had even written back in 72. This concert was recorded at Cobo Arena Nox Cobo Hall Cobo Hall is next-door to the arena That’s where they held, the Auto shows and other events A lot of people say Cobo Hall all the time when referring to concerts they’ve seen but I’ve seen all of my concerts there and it is Cobo Arena

This is how you do it. This is real rock n’ roll…real music. I haven heard this in years and decided to dig it out…and I got the same vibe as the first time I heard it. This was a great live band…how I’d want my band to sound. Segar sounds just fantastic. I’m so happy I could find this so easily.

Went to work off early cleaned up jumped in a car for a 70 mile trip down I64E to Norfolk, Va to see Seger. Staggered to work the next day got off early cleaned up back in the car for 60 mile I64W trip to Richmond Va.for another show. Seger back to back. Those were good days. Tickets? $17.50...lol

I Sooo LOVE Bob Seger's, Live Bullet. The Travelin' Man/Beautiful Loser combo has always been one of my all time favorites & very dear to my heart. It takes my mind back to many happy times shared with a best friend. We adopted it as our theme song. Just saw Bob in Indy. He was AWESOME & gave the audience a fantastic show. His tour is winding down now. So glad I got to be there.

During the late 70's and early 80's I worked as a cook at a really neat restaurant/club in Topeka KS named "The Old Way Station". My self and another gentleman named Jim Curtis were the primary cooks working in "the galley" churning out meals mostly working together 6-7 days a week. We always had the Kansas City radio station KY102 playing which played non-stop rock 24x7 while we worked. Kansas City had a number of large venues for true arena sized talent and ticket buyers. Kief's In Lawrance KS was a close ticket seller, so there were a LOT of great rock acts available to attend (Does anyone remember "Cow Town Productions?") . Unfortunately, with one of us always having to man "the galley", it was always a question of which one of us was going to get the night off to attend any given rock event in Kansas CIty. Bob Segar was one of those acts I wish I could have seen. It was the "Against The Wind" tour, and I heard from those that attended that the performance that Bob and crew did was in top form. These two songs still resonate today with me. Great music. Great talent. Great memories. Wonderful persons that I GOT to work with.
