I don't see a big issue with double dipping since everyone pretty much does it and its not like you don't get sent back to some of the same poi's . If they devs want to fix something have them write code so that players don't get the same basic choices ,make it more random for the poi's that are set as quests. As far as a glitch I didn't notice anything more than a slight blur.

Thanks for the comment. The glitch was my magazine icon was stuck and overlapped with everything.
