Why is this not getting more views? I LOVE THIS! My first listen but will now be how I start my day. I relate to this version of affirmations much better. My brain sings along instead of resisting. Positivity and 'get moving' energy. Just did laundry and dishes with a smile on my face and a groove to my move. Feels like sunshine in my brain lol. This needs more exposure.

I have struggled with affirmations because of the mental resistance. I keep trying but find most just make me irritated. Never thought about musical affirmations until this video. Is this a thing? Because the messages were powerfully received in this format vs. spoken. Still feeling positive and resilient from listening to this hours ago.
