I actually think the length of your locs is gorgeous and your bun is big enough on its own. I on the other hand only have 8 inches and got my sisterlocs last week, so this hair is exactly what I need for special occasions over the next 6 months until i get some length. Thanks for sharing!

That’s crazy because I bought some too and had the same problem because my hair is in layers too. The faux locks are too shiny I think too, I just couldn’t make it work for me. I liked your attempts 😀

Wow I’ve been thinking about doing this because I bought this hair but never used it. My hair is about your length so when I do a high bun it’s not very big. I’m gonna try this. But I have soooo many packs 😫 I wanted to do my whole head on top of my locs but like you said there aren’t enough in the dang packs 🙄 🤷🏾‍♀️

You said get your lock color, what about high lights in the locks?

Find a color that best fits your hair color. If you have highlights, maybe find a pack with that color or an ombré effect to make it look natural
