The blind pursuit of wants and material things and living up to expectations of people who you don't know and who don't care about you, is something almost everyone does at some point in their life. Sad part is if someone don't ever get out of this phase, never open their eyes. Some people live their dreams, some people close their eyes.

I started the video driving to work without expecting much, just one of those vid that pass through millions in YT. The outcome is eye opening. It's refreshing to see how a successful person think and how a functional and peaceful family impacts success. Very inspiring! Cheers 🍻🔥

I love to hear Bobby's thoughts sometimes, and I agree with Thomas that his line of thought doesn't align with societal norms. He sounds like an incredibly positive person, which funnily enough is also why I have stopped watching his car reviews. My friend actually mentioned that "aiya Bobby's reviews always say all positive things only one", now it occurs to me that Bobby finds positives in even the worst things in life. So now maybe you have a car that's gonna handle like sampan that he reviews, but he would enjoy it so much while it's being a sampan that you are not sure whether he's actually praising or criticizing the car. Also, thanks Thomas for sharing the wisdom from the old man, that was eye-opening.

I really have to disagree with the idea that math, chemistry, and physics aren’t important. When you drive a car, you’re benefiting from a ton of hard work in those fields. Cars are achievements of engineering marvels that rely on hardcore mathematics, physics for understanding motion, and chemistry for developing the best materials. As an influencer, you have the power to shape people’s beliefs. So please don’t influence others to think that certain subjects in school aren’t important. It undermines the incredible achievements of science and engineering that shape our daily lives. And if you feels these subjects aren’t worth studying, maybe you should spend more time in an art gallery talking about art and history. That’s fine, but they shouldn’t overlook how much we rely on the sciences in everything we do. Every subject has its value, and all of them connect in meaningful ways. Let’s celebrate all fields because they each play a crucial role in shaping our world!

Different people have different commitment, some more some less. So does privileges vary. So one can say it’s a dream or goal but another will say that is a want and not a need so he or she will forego that urge. We came to this world empty, so will we leave empty as well. In between that time, how we want to live our lives is up to us. Some people cherish moments more than items, vice versa. Some people rather have peace than goals.

35min. I'm enjoying the show so far and loving all the Bobby wisdom. But i HIGHLY DISAGREE that "logaritma" and "physics formula" is useless. I mean Bobby, he likes car right? Who makes them? Artist or athlete? Without engineers and scientist, there will be no car. We will still depend on using traditional skills to ride horse and bull carts. So learning science and maths is NOT USELESS. Without it, there will be no cars to be driven today and enjoyed by Bobby. There will be no road n bridges because you need Civil engineering for that. Artist don't create cars, engineers do.

Re-watch and evaluate 35:20 I think every fields of knowledge carries its own value & it isn't fair to disregard them & calling them BS. Teaching maths & science in high-schools isn't useless similarly for arts studies, you'll need to learn the fundamentals and concepts before you can apply them in your tertiary level of education and furthermore in the industry. Students that memorize theories & concepts in science & maths clearly aren't suitable to pursue their education in the said field which I assume you were one of them. Thomas tried to throw you a lifebuoy at 35:24 and yet you still said "it's also BS". Anyways, really enjoyed & agreed with many of the other wise words from Bobby in this video, very insightful. To Thomas & the team, kipidap!

I’ve enjoyed every single one of the episodes here with all the guests so far, but this talk with Bobby has got to be the most inspiring and eye-opening one for me. Having been following Bobby for many many years, and also hearing hin talk about his career journey, it’s even more inspiring now hearing more in-det and more details about his journey. And his point about “taking risks” and the “safe route”, it really made me rethink my perspectives on life. Thank you Thomas and Bobby for having this conversation!
