Bobby's style is similar to Charles Bronson's in the film Hard Times. He is quietly stalking in a very energy efficient way. He puts a constant quiet pressure on his opponent making them burn up energy while he conserves his and waits until they are drained and then takes them out with short well leveraged shots. He is better than many people think and he is tough too. I don't see any bare knuckle fighters beating him unless they have come from a solid high level boxing background,

Gunn has taken BKB to new levels. If you watch the old legends like Lenny Mclean or Roy Shaw, they were tough as nails (especially Lenny) but never as skilled as someone like a Bobby Gunn. Gunn is a great bare Knuckled boxer, far better than he was with gloves.

@@leehall9015 agree with you, also gotta mention how easy it is to break you're hands, also Tommy gun is no fool and is a skilled pro boxer so he don't have to go in there throwing windmills hoping for a lucky punch, he fought this fight clever. Boxing is not as easy as it looks to win without getting hurt your self. People should try it for themselves before judging a fight or fighter. I trained in boxing as a kid but never entered any competition's, I was useless lol!. Done a fair bit of sparing though, people don't realise how tiring doing just one three minute round is, it is physically draining.

Not wearing gloves forces the fighters to practice a lot more boxing than punching, because they'll break their fingers punching each other in the head too often. All those missed punches are tactically important, to keep the opponent from getting too close until you're ready. It's an art form to people who understand it.

People writing comments like “lame fight”, “not enough punches thrown”, “too slow” etc.. obviously don’t know the difference between a bare knuckle strike and gloved hand strike, this is what I like about bare knuckle, you can’t swing every punch recklessly, you have to use more precision and more technique and timing to land a clean strike to protect your own hands, you can’t give to many punches to forehead, skull, elbows or even forearms before you start breaking your knuckles, fingers and wrist, it’s more about breaking down your opponent rather than trying to swing and hope for that killer shot.

@Larry Lopez Your opinion.My opinion is I have seen lots of KOs by great technically thrown body shots and they always bring about opinions and deductions similar to yours.Bobby threw some shots to the body that the young man has probably never felt in his life,such as three or four shots to his kidneys "dirty but very effective" and lastly but the best, a couple of shots to his liver which is devestating.Old guys know all the tricks and obviously nobody is stopping it in a bare knuckles basement setting. The shots sent him down like a sack of potatoes because he has bad positioning with his feet.The guy was off balance most of the fight too, and and when a fighter moves so much that he is off balance you can barely touch him and he will go reeling like he was hit by a freight train.This was exactly why you think it was staged, the guy has terrible footwork and balance.You better watch it again on a big screen TV.My other opinion is that most of the guys saying this is fixed have a big problem with a white guy beating the hell out of a black guy.

This is a clinic on controlling the distance. Defense was methodically pried open. Shorts guy has a great jab but got winded too early into the fight, too much circling the opponent. Jeans guy got a few shots in on footwork alone. Maybe made the shorts guy think he has to be more mobile because his opponent can be explosive up close. Tank top guy is a war machine. That was horrifying. A precise patient brawler. Shorts dude had a fantastic jab at the beginning of the fight though. What a beautiful quick and dangerous jab. Fkin awesome stuff. Great fight! Very technically interesting.
